Montana Jensen, LMSW, EMDRI
As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I believe healing unfolds in seasons. Some seasons invite growth; others call us to rest, tend to our roots, and rebuild. Wherever you find yourself, I offer a steady, compassionate space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
My approach is collaborative and grounded. We begin by creating stability, strengthening emotional regulation, and building practical tools that help you feel more rooted in your everyday life. From that foundation, deeper healing can gently unfold at a pace that honors your readiness.
It is an honor to walk alongside individuals and families across Missouri, supporting growth that feels sustainable, steady, and aligned with who you are becoming.

Clinical supervision is designed to help social workers build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and successfully navigate the path toward licensure.
LeeAnn provides supportive, collaborative, and trauma-informed supervision for social workers seeking clinical licensure and professional development.
Supervision is tailored to your experience level, learning style, and professional goals. Sessions provide a supportive space to discuss cases, enhance clinical skills, explore ethical considerations, and develop confidence in your practice.
Whether you are beginning your licensure journey or seeking advanced clinical consultation, supervision can help you grow into the confident and competent clinician you aspire to be.
